Well fellow bloggers I wanted you to know the results from myu 7 day detox diet. I lost 4lbs and 1 inch off of my waist line! It's not what I wanted to lose I was hoping for more but anything is better than nothing and it definitely gives me push to continue on my weight loss journey!!!!
