Week In Jacksonville Florida

So this week I had to fly down to Jacksonville Florida.  This was my first time in Jacksonville and I had no clue what it was going to be like.

Jacksonville: Bridge and South Bank
It's a beautiful place very quiet and peaceful.  There are at least 4 churches on one block no matter where you go!

During some free time I decided to purchase this beautiful COACH bag I saw at the mall on Saturday when I was back in Richmond shopping with my friend.  I couldn't resist and now you can see why!!!

Well I was very excited on Thursday when I was traveling back home to be with my boys again, who I missed bunches!!  But while on my flight I enjoyed the beautiful views of being 29,000 feet in the sky

I had a great trip but so happy to be home in Virginia!

Spring Break 2012

Here's another blast from the past for my fellow bloggers.  I took a few days off during the boys Spring Break this year to hang out and do some fun things with them.  Our first day we went out to lunch together at one of our favorite places....RED ROBIN! Yummmmmmmmmmm

Brotherly Love!!!

Our next day we headed to Maymont Park here in Richmond, VA to have a picnic outside and see all the animals!

Washington D.C. Field Trip

Well I'm a little late in posting this but finally got the pictures loaded from my iphone onto my computer so here we go.  In April 2012, I chaperoned my 13 year old son's 7th Grade field trip to Washington D.C. and to my surprise I had to chaperone 6 boys by myself

I will tell you these boys were a handful but I enjoyed every moment!  Here are all the different sites we saw.  Our first stop was at the Arlington cemetery.  This may sound crazy but in my 31 years of living in Virginia, I have never been here before!!! It was beautiful!  Our next stop was the Lincolm Memorial where we then walked to the Washington monument and passed some beautiful historic sites on the way!!

This was one of the best field trips I have been on with my oldest! Can't wait to do it again when my younger son gets to 7th grade!!!
